Core Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily office functions, including managing correspondence and maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
- Communications: Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors via phone and email.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate meeting agendas, manage calendars, and arrange travel or catering as needed.
- Resource Management: Track inventory and order office supplies to prevent operational interruptions.
- Financial & HR Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar clerical role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based tools like Google Workspace and QuickBooks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
